Rebranding Nunez Dental

Introduction / Summary

Nunez Dental is a dental practice located in Queens, NY. They have been improving the smiles of their community over 25 years. But after 25 years of business, they realized it was time to upgrade their look and feel with a rebrand. 

The Challenge

The challenge was to help Nunez Dental become the brand it deserves and increase brand recognition via website and online platforms, especially instagram.

The Solution

The outcome was an increase in follower and a growing community of patients for their dental practice. This is how we did it.

Developing the Strategy

Over a few facilitated sessions, we surfaced the challenges Nunez Dental as a business faced. In the process, they prioritized the needs and goals of business and it's customers. This became the foundation for the branding and marketing plans.

Through a series of exercises in the strategy sessions, we were able to extract and refine the key pillars of the brand. This defined the brand's personality: how it should look, sound, and act.

Mission Statement

One of the main directions we got from the brand discovery was their mission statement:

"Nunez Dental is a group of dental professionals who are dedicated to improving the lifespan of health conscious New Yorkers by providing kind, friendly, and professional dental staff."
Brand Refresh

With the Brand Discovery and strategy done, we were able to come up with a brand refresh, a new direction.

 

The Nunez Dental logo has been strong for many years but needed some new direction according to their ideal customers.

 

Together, we came up with "High End Confidence," a new direction where we would showcase fun, happy, and confident colors, with a professional and almost classy look and feel.

Website Redesign

We redesigned the Nunez Dental website for a smoother user experience. The user now knows how to do the number one action the business needs, and that's to book an appointment.

 

It is also very easy to get in contact with the office through the online chat.

 

The mobile experience is just as smooth.

Social Media Marketing

Nunez Dental did not have a social media presence.

 

The platform of choice was instagram, so we adjusted their bio according to the brand discovery, and started to post on a regular basis. All branded to the new Nunez Dental look and feel.

 

We leveraged our contacts with influencers and created video content alongside them.

$800k Raised for Student Success at CUNY John Jay

Our team collaborated with CUNY John Jay to create their first ever Virtual Justice Benefit. The benefit was so successful that they even surpassed their fundraising goal!
